1) I would not be using many web 2.0 resources with the young students I would be teaching. If I were to be teaching a higher grade level then maybe I could integrate these resources more. Although. I would be teaching 1st grade students. Let me mention again that I don't plan on being a teacher in my future. Im just speaking as if I were going to teach for the requirements of this assignment.
2) I wouldn't advise using WIKIpedia because my teachers haven't allowed me to use this in my past courses. I believe research should be strictly online databases for empirical references. These online journals are peer'reviewed articles that can support your research. The information in WIK pedia may not always be correct information. It may contain false information or bias. You wouldn't want to include this in your research. You can get points deducted for this in class.
3) I can use WIKI space in my future teaching career. Many times there are group projects and it is hard to meet with everyone out of class. If there are scheduling conflicts, you can callaborate ideas over the internet. WIKI is perfect for adding ideas together via the internet. Students can work together on there on time instead of having to meet up. This would be a more useful tool for high-school and college students.
